Why we love this Wine
Rock out with your Trock out. This dry (naturally), spicy (thankfully), green-appley Riesling from Mosel makes magic of minerals. Melsheimer may be lesser known, but the soils of the Mullay-Hofberg hillsides have known vines since the 12th century. 11 hectares of biodynamic and organic vineyards to further build anticipation. Aromatic and zesty, with something a little herbal or vegetal on the palate. Deeply quenching, with a lovely linger. The prost is in the pudding.
