Why we love this Wine
Sometimes you only need to look at the name behind a wine for an indication of its authenticity. This comes from Peter Dredge, a dynamic winemaker responsible for a heap of our favourite drinks. From sandy north-facing slopes, this lively riesling was handpicked, whole-cluster pressed and naturally fermented. Flint, flowers and vanilla. Oh so good.
