Why we love this Wine
This is the fourth release of Peter Dredge's Blanc de Noirs, but it's already drinking like a heritage label. At this point Dredge is a name to be reckoned with in his own right, and having cut his teeth alongside big names like Brian Croser and Ed Carr, you'd only expect that at this point there are no skips in his fizz line-up. Strawberries, forest fruits, savoury complexity and a lovely fine fizz. One thousand times yes.
