Blewitt Springs is home to some of McLaren Vale's most celebrated Grenache, boasting sandy soils and cooler conditions that the old vines love. Paired with gently extracted Mourvèdre, Mazi have crafted a rosé blend that's much more than the sum of its parts: intensely aromatic with stonefruit, honeysuckle and cardamom on the nose, more restrained, savoury and spicy on the palate. Hand-picked fruit, fermented to the point of dryness, followed by 5 months in French oak casks. Subtly tannic, softly textural and palest pink, this is rosé to be taken seriously thank-you-very-much. Get it 'til it's gone.
