Why we love this Wine
Sauvignon Blanc is one of those wines that seems to propel us through the summer months, soothing salt-chapped lips and making sunburn more bearable and we are big fans of this delicious little beauty from Timo Mayer in the Yarra Valley. It’s crisp and vivacious with a passionfruity/grapefruity blast of flavour and a tangy, sherbet-like freshness at its tail-end. Bright, clean and crisp just as it should be.
