Why we love this Wine
Not from the Star Wars planet, but it is from unique red schist soil that gives the wine its other-worldly vibe. From Grenache Gris 90% and Grenache Noir 10%, gnarly 100-year-old vines, whole clusters in large wood. The incredibly low-yielding fruit shines with wild concentration, ripping with minerality. Fresh and alive as usual. Worthy of its cult status.
