Why we love this Wine
With 15ha of beautifully farmed organic vineyards in the south of France, it was only a matter of time before we saw a Rosé from Domaine Matassa. Here we are. Exciting stuff. 100% organic fruit and nothing added as usual. Dancing between savoury and tart it’s made from 50% Mourvedre and 50% Carignan. A must-try new thing.
