Why we love this Wine
Domaine Matassa consists of 15 hectares in the village of Calce the high Fenouillèdes in the south of France, with natural winemaker Tom Lubbe working under organic cert. His dedication in the vineyard feeds into the cellar for wines full of mineral energy, this one seeing whole bunch carbonic ferment for a beautiful acid-driven white of citrus and stoniness.
