Primo Prosecco. The Marsuret has been farming the steep hills above Guia di Valdobbiadene since 1936. The Amoler skips the usual sugar rush: Charmat method, 100% Glera, Extra Brut, almost no dosage. Packed with green apple and elderflower, finishing dry with a sour snap instead of the usual sweetness. A crisp glass of bubbs under a Wisteria covered pergola on the shores of Lake Como...vibes.
