When you're offered an age-worthy Pinot from one of Australia's best young winemakers, you say yes. Marco might be the son of a winemaking luminary, but he's a gun in his own right. And the proof is in the pudding. Namely, his One Terroir series—a selection of the best barrels from a small block of vines on the family estate. A natural earthiness amp things up, balanced by beautiful, brambly fruit. If you have the self restraint (we don't), let it age a few more years and it'll reward you kindly.
