Why we love this Wine
Bombastic, fantastic, fresh. This is versatile, crowd-pleasing red. Opulent red and purple fruit, dried thyme, some lovely, lingering complexity. There's depth here, but a pleasing, alert pop on the palate. Shiraz/Cab Sav/Nebbiolo: 50/30/20. All hand-harvested, extended post ferment maceration on the Nebb portion brings some lovely, tickly tannin. Smashing stuff.
