Why we love this Wine
One of our Yarra favourites’ first foray into glorious Gamay, and boy has Mac had a time in the winery. Young vine Gamay encountered a variety of ferments, some whole bunch time in concrete, a little foot stomping. A titch of carbonic maceration and a quick rest in old oak. Popping red berries, spice on velvet, wildly perfumed dark fruits. Barely. Contained. Excitement.
