Why we love this Wine
Mac strikes again with a very Alsace-esque blend that works on the gestalt principle that the whole is perceived as more than the sum of its parts. We’re talking the aromatic ‘oomph’ and texture of Gewürztraminer and the focus and drive of Riesling, co-fermented in concrete and matured in old oak with just a tweak of tannin from time on skins. Hells yeah!
