Catch us sipping this rose-adjacent Pinot Noir with a partial chill and a great attitude. Taking fruit from Tumbarumba in Southern NSW, it's a seriously floral nose up first, with plentiful peppery red fruits on the palate. Acid is kept soft and subtle, more an idea of tartness than a face-scrunching sour note. Stays grounded with a lovely savoury base. Tumba-yum-ba.
