If you like your blends biodynamic, and your reds absolutely rocking, welcome friend. 50% Garnacha Tinta, 50% Tempranillo from Navarsotillo’s 40ha estate in Navarra. All fruit is hand harvested, the two grapes vinified separately as whole berries in stainless steel, with daily pump-overs. The two grapes are then blended and allowed to age on full lees. Think a whole lot of depth. Dark ruby, with morello cherries and toasted warm spice. Fresh and dry herbs. Pepper and plenty of grip. This is definitely medium-bod territory, but so juicy you wouldn't go wrong giving it a gentle chill. Doesn't need it. But you could.
