Why we love this Wine
Lulu Vigneron, aka Ludwig Bindernagel, makes Savagnin in the Jura region’s oxidative Vin Jaune style. This is his pinnacle wine, only made in three vintages during the last ten years. From a mountainous Poligny site and late harvest, it matures for eight years under veil before bottling. The result is liquid gold; firm, full-bodied Vin Jaune rich in seductive tropicals and lemon peel.
