This certainly is the 'Return of the Mac', but just like the hit '90s R&B song, it never really left. Macvin du Jura is made in tiny quantities by only the most passionate producers. For Lulu's Le Mic, he plashes his homemade grape spirit into organic Savagnin to stop the fermentation at its most opulent. Candied apricot, toasted walnut, and sea salt. It's savory, floral, and just barely sweet - a great accompaniment to nutty Comté or grassy chêvre.
