Why we love this Wine
A decadent chardy from the famed steep slopes of the Etoile vineyard by Bavarian Ludwig Bindernagel (aka Lulu), getting it done in the French region of Jura. Lulu focuses on his organic vineyards, letting the grapes do their thing in the winery and adding, well, not a thing. Kept topped and aged for two years in old barrels, it's one for the lovers of a pure, linear minerality.
