Natural wine enthusiast Lucy Margaux’s L’énorme Merlot . Hilltop Hope Valley fruit, foot plunged daily for twenty one days before pressing into small format French oak. Dark and ominous in blackcurrant, cranberry and textural tannin, Lucy reckons it’s so good Dracula would give up his bloodsucking ways for a taste. We reckon at only 396 cases, it’d suck to miss out.
