Sourcing fruit from 30 y.o. Totness vines, Lucy Margaux’s Sauvvy B is whole bunch pressed, fermented and aged in large format oak until bottling. All free-run juice, heady tropicals lead in lychee, jackfruit, briney and mineral-esque savoury notes for a playful white, evoking long warm days between the sun and sand.
