Why we love this Wine

Call it an Amber, a Gris, an Orange… It’s all of the above, and more. Made by King Valley maverick Tim Shand, single vineyard Pinot Gris supplies plenty of colour and texture for a relatively brief three days on skins, releasing layers of supple blood orange, spiced pear and herbs. So moreish. This lucky cat doesn’t need nine lives.
