Why we love this Wine
Around the village of Sava lies a landscape of ancient vines tended by almost as ancient growers. Wise old roots run deep through the soil, allowing them to ripen peacefully throughout the hot southern Italian summer. Aged on lees without seeing any oak, Chardonnay and Malvasia show off round yet zestily intense fruit with a lovely lazy length. Awesome value.
