Why we love this Wine
From one of the most dynamic estates in the Jura, Alice Bouvot's l'Octavin consistently blows minds. She makes a range of wines from her own vineyards around Arbois, and from her friend's fields further away. This is 100% Trousseau, coming from a famous plot called 'Les Corvées’. Light strawberries, cinnamon and white pepper. The minerality of the Jura is wild here.
