Ted and Heidi’s Littorai produces two grapes, both alike in dignity in fair Sonoma. Terroir-driven Chardonnay and Pinot Noir rule the roost, and the biodynamically farmed 2018 Savoy Vineyard Pinot is no exception. Vintage perfection delivers a fresh bouquet of lavender, blackberry and cherry, with 16 months French oak (25% new) contributing five spice, cedar and earth. Dreamy now, next level in a decade.
