Why we love this Wine
Looking for a subdued, restrained, dare we say the word, demure wine? Look elsewhere, this ain't it. Les Fruits has given us lashings of persimmons and sour plums. Exuberant orange and lemon zest. A little herby, a little oxidative, a nice savoury edge. Barrel fermented Savvy B with Semillon, grown biodynamically in Gumeracha. A tropical treat from the hands of Tim Stock.
