Why we love this Wine
Les Fruits is somm-turned-winemaker Tim Stock’s biodynamic Adelaide Hills operation. This one brings together a parcel from Micky Downer, treated whole bunchy, and a Top Range parcel treated to carbonic maceration. Heartily alive, but in a broody, stalky textural way, while rich in that moreish Mediterranean savoury sweetness of balsamic and olives.
