Why we love this Wine
After a year hiatus comes a blend taking inspiration from the whites of Cheverney, with a majority component of Chardonnay. Co-fermented and produced in the Adelaide Hills with biodynamic and organic fruit from two of SA’s key regions, minimal adds and tinkering allows these aromatic grapes to deliver a juicy and lush white with plenty of natural spice. Serve with barbequed whole fish.
