Born from a partnership between The Terroirs Project and Les Vignerons de Beauvignac, it's proof old vines and old-school cooperative farming can go organic without losing the plot.
100% Picpoul, vines pushing 20-25 years old on limestone between Pinet and Beauvignac, cooled by the sea breeze off the Étang de Thau. Unfined, barely filtered, just a whisper of sulphur at bottling — nothing to hide behind. Citrus, white flowers, a hawthorn edge, salt riding the finish.
