Why we love this Wine
Picture a vineyard of fifty year old Grolleau vines, wrapped in forest and untouched by chemicals. Now imagine what that type of setting might impart on a wine. Juicy red whole bunches too, winemaker Baptise Cousin reckons. He’s fourth gen, so the knack is genetic. A soulful, pure, earthy red of the forest, with a little funk for good measure.
