Why we love this Wine
Le Batossay, the brainchild of Baptiste Cousin, son of the infamous winemaker Olivier Cousin. Here, his skinsy Rosé, chomping at the bit to get up your nose and into your belly with vibrant red cherry, raspberry and herbs. Comes close to a light red, with ten days macerated as whole bunches and a little time on oak to help its cause. Superb natty goodness.
