Why we love this Wine
It's not a Jurassic wine, it's 'Baby Jurassique', which is to say SIQ. Fully Siq, if you're asking us, this is a super-textured experimental Chardonnay that blends two precious parcels. Full malo, full lees contact with no interference; there's a lot to love here. It's citrussy and fresh, it's a little briny and a lot bold. All things said, an excellent drop, well worth the drink.
