Why we love this Wine
A mad take in some traditional French varieties here with a mix of multiple skin contact ferments from the mighty Ballarat in Victoria. It’s a textural ride, delicious and mind-bending in equal measures. Peachy, stone fruity, crazy floral flashes and visions of spice, tangerine rind and souk-like spices. There is a gentle tug of tannin and it’s just a rad, wild-eyed and effortlessly delicious wine to drink.
