Another Owen Latta Riesling that really zings, with aromatics and dry mouthfeel driving it home. That minerality you’re looking for, served on a platter of pears and white flowers. A little cashew and savoury nuttiness on the side. From Mount Alexander in Harcourt Central Victoria, it’s lean and clean. Real classy.
