Biodynamically grown Chenin Blanc from one of Margaret River's rising stars, Nic Peterkin, this reeks of quality. Lemon and quince with an intense steeliness, zesty and powerful, layer upon layer. Subtle oak and creaminess to wrap it up. Absolutely compelling from start to finish.
