Why we love this Wine
Larmandier-Bernier are one of the undisputed rockstars of France’s grower Champagne movement, producing a range of gorgeously pure studies of their Champagne terroir. 100% Côte des Blancs Chardonnay from the vineyard slopes of Vertus; 2016 base wine with 40% Reserve wines going back to 2004. Powerful, expressive and perfumed with lovely apple and citrus fruits, crushed stone, oatmeal, fennel and soft spice. Great intensity and minerally drive, finishing dry, rich and powerful.
