Why we love this Wine
Always exquisite. A bleed-off of Pinot Noir in a rare style for Champagne this days. Why not? Look at that colour. To be tasting a finished wine with this level of elegance is some kinda magic. A fluffy mousse and a pale salmon pink. Strawberries and blood orange, raspberry on freshly baked bread, cashew cream and sherbet. We’ll be drinking it this season, no doubt. Heaven.
