Why we love this Wine
Old rootstock Chardonnay with young vine Pinot Noir from Lansdowne Wines' Block 4. If you don't know what the weather might do, this is the all-terrain, light-but-bold wine that can do it all. Carbonic maceration, direct pressings. Bright berries and a whole lot of energy. We like the pulpy, juicy, crispy qualities of all the fruit in this wine, and we're already hearing the alluring whisper of the fridge saying to chill it down. Maybe we will.
