Why we love this Wine
AJ’s co-ferment of Mt Barker Riesling and Gewürztraminer is just lovely. Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed straight into old oak….some solids action, some oxidative handling, some awesome drinking! Amazingly perfumed with aromas of grapefruit, rosewater, Turkish Delight, lemongrass, kaffir lime and ginger-cake. Slinky and textural yet shows a porcelain-like acidity and terrific clarity and detail to its form.
