Glen Robert and Andrew Scott — the same team behind La Petite Mort's amphora experiments — keep this one simple: no fining, no filtering, just enough oak to round the edges. Dusty dried cherry, savoury herb, a tarry tug of spice. Juicy, medium-bodied and a killer vino di tavola.
