Why we love this Wine
Mencia may not be a common varietal in the Adelaide Hills, but La Linea are putting in the legwork to put it on the map Down Under. Widely known for their smooth Tempranillos, their Mencia vineyard is the first in the Hills. Grounded in silty tannin, this stunning expression of Mencia is alive in rippling acidity, crunchy red cherry and plum, and cracklings of pepper. Job well done, we say.
