Why we love this Wine
One of the first Australian versions of this Spanish varietal, this one quickly got attention (and awards). A food wine, this is a single-vineyard version from Lenswood, handpicked, wild yeast, some skins, old oak. Full of red berries and earthy herbs, the tannin structure is begging to be matched with mediterranean dishes.
