Why we love this Wine
There's something so enigmatic about winemaker Gregoire Perron's small release winery La Combe Aux Reves, “the valley of the dreams”. In Bugey, France he tends dozens of parcels across his 2.5ha, situated outside Jura proper, but as part of the Jura Massif. This Mondeuse based blend is juicy and ample, with strawberries, sour plums and minerality on the palate and chocolatey spice on the nose. Dream on.
