100% organic Ribolla Gialla from Friuli. That’s enough to pique our attention. Fermented in open wooden vats with a long 60-days on skins. As with all the textural La Castellada wines, it takes time, and lots of it. Sexy amber in colour with an intense bouquet of balsamic, sweetness, spices, and citrus. Nutty body and bright acidity. An orange wine of exceptional detail.
