Why we love this Wine
No surprises here, though this is a wine that declares surprises are overrated. Fresh and lively, with classic mineral character. Flintiness meets floral notes, the usual citrussy zing. Catherine and Louis Poitout keeping it elegant, sustainable and slick, vinifying this wine on 100% stainless steel.
