Why we love this Wine
Clare Valley riesling, but not as you know it. Koerner brothers, Damon and Jono, have created a textural wine, unique and uplifting, but un-fined and unfiltered. The wine is made up of multiple small batch ferments, skin contact before pressing, stainless tanks, ceramic amphora, and slovonian oak, with minuscule sulphur prior to bottling. Wild.
