Why we love this Wine

We dig this take on Vermentino from the brothers over at Koerner wines. The grapes come from the red clay over limestone of the Gullyview vineyard in the Clare Valley’s Watervale sub-region. A wee bit of skin contact, fermentation and elevage on full solids in Slavonian oak Demi-muid for 9 months. Hey presto! Beautiful, textural Vermentino - juicy, crisp with crystalline acidity and a captivating presence.
