Why we love this Wine
Our arms are up, our glasses charged and ready. Kaesler have reached for the skies themselves, turning out a Barossan Shiraz that both captures the true richness of the region, and its versatility. Hand-picked fruit gets seven days on skins during fermentation, with twice daily pump-overs. The end product, of which 25% spent time in new French oak, is lamb-ear soft with silky tannins, vibrantly purple, and offers plenty of spice and mocha notes in its nose. Classic pairings beckon.
