Why we love this Wine
From UK good guy, importer, wine bar cat Bobby Fishel, these Just Enough wines represent his first foray into making small batch wines right here in our backyard. Some McLaren Vale Cabernet Franc destemmed, some not, some Chardy. Lighter in colour with bright aromatics and structure. A low-fi red for summertime drinking.
