Joshua Cooper is all about letting these sites radiate their own uniqueness in old oak. So here are the specs. Cool climate, 500m altitude, red rocky soils here. It’a a wine of tart cherry, fresh leaves, wild raspberries and pomegranate. The firm tannins hold it all together beautifully. Racy and detailed. You can see it getting better for sure.
