Bordering the Macedon Ranges, Dash Farm sets up the lightest and brightest of Josh’s Cabernets. It’s giving all the Cab classic flavours, but with a youthful vigour that’ll make you hesitate throwing it into the depths of the cellar. Energetic and liberal in dark berries, it’s made for lunch and livin’. We reckon you’ll skip the post-feed red wine nap, too.
